Warranties in our business come directly
from the manufacture. Unless the dealer
has a written service warranty, which
we do, you could be stuck with defective
product with NO recourse. Unfortunately,
we see this happen all the time. Dealers
are under no obligation to service a defective
product. Before buying ANY custom product
from a big box store, or a shop at home
service you should consider the cost of
servicing it yourself, buying a new one,
or bringing the product to a service center
like Peak Window Coverings. Better yet,
trust your window covering purchase to
us and don’t worry about it.
