LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERING OUR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

We extend this limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty only applies to manually operated custom products properly installed in the window, door or interior area for which they were intended. Purchaser must present original receipt from Peak Window Coverings to insure warranty coverage. It is the purchaser's responsibility to maintain and clean the product. The product cannot be modified in any way. Damage to the product resulting from misuse, abuse, is not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by sunlight or passage of time may or may not be covered by this warranty, and varies from product to product. This warranty may not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon this product. In the event of a defect under this warranty, Peak Window Coverings will repair or replace the product, at our option. In home pick-up and delivery is covered by this warranty provided the defect is warrantable. In the event the product is out of warranty, normal repair prices will apply. Our warranty includes parts and labor to repair the product. All mechanical parts such as, tilt controls and cord locks are covered for the life of the product, providing it broke under normal conditions. All strings and cords are covered for 3 years after the purchase of the product. If the product has to be returned to the manufacturer this warranty may not include shipping. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. Specialty Shades are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to commercial orders.
